We're confident you're getting competitive pricing. If you find a lower price from an authorized retailer within 60 days of purchase, we'll refund the difference.
How to Request a Price Match
Email us at info@shelteredgardens.com within 60 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number
- Link to the competitor's product page
- Screenshot showing the lower price with the current date visible
We'll review your request within 3-5 business days. Approved matches are processed within 7-10 business days.
What Qualifies for Price Matching
Your Purchase:
- Purchased from our website
- Item unused and not returned
- Requested within 60 days of the purchase date
- Limit one price match per item, per order
Competitor Requirements:
- Must be an authorized online retailer
- Active e-commerce website with purchasing capability
- Item identical: same brand, model number, size, color, configuration
- Item in stock and available for immediate purchase
- Price must be current and verifiable when we review your claim
Price Comparison:
- Includes item price plus standard shipping
- Excludes sales tax
What Doesn't Qualify
We cannot match prices from:
Unauthorized or Restricted Retailers:
- Retailers violating manufacturer MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies
- Auction sites (eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace)
- Third-party marketplace sellers (Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace)
- Discount liquidation sites (Overstock clearance, closeout specialists)
- Physical stores without online purchasing capability
- Member-only warehouses (Costco, Sam's Club) using member pricing
Special Pricing Situations:
- Clearance, closeout, or end-of-season sales
- Discontinued, open-box, refurbished, or floor model items
- Damaged, scratched, or "as-is" merchandise
- Promotional bundles, rebates, or gift card offers
- "Buy one, get one" or percentage-off promotions
- Financing promotions or deferred payment offers
- Error pricing or obviously incorrect prices
- Important Notes
Verification: Prices and availability must be verifiable at the time we review your claim. If the competitor's price changes or the item goes out of stock between your submission and our review, the request cannot be honored.
Our Decision: We reserve the right to verify eligibility and decline requests that don't meet these requirements. All price match decisions are final.
